Integrations

To build virtual agents on our platform you can utilize the boxes you see on the left side of the page.

The boxes are called nodes and are the building blocks of the conversation. Each of them has its own purpose, and together they create the conversational flow.

You can click on a box, drag it into the middle of the page, and can edit it accordingly by clicking on it again. It will open up on the right side of the page.

The Integration nodes become relevant when you want to connect with a third-party service to send and receive data.

In order to create a flow, you have to connect the nodes to one another. Please connect them from the exit point of one module to the entry point of another.
